What data we process

Only what you give us voluntarily through the contact form: name, business name, email address, the address of your current website and, if you provide it, a phone number.

We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage statistics (pages visited, device, traffic source). Only with your consent are cookies set and your visit recorded individually; without it, Google's consent mode transmits anonymous signals without identifiers. Google Ireland Ltd. acts as processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Why

To handle your request, prepare the no-obligation design proposal and contact you about it.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and, if no project follows, for a maximum of twelve months. After that it is deleted.

If a project is agreed, data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, acting as a processor within the European Economic Area: Hostinger, with servers located in Frankfurt (Germany).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the contact address above.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Data is always transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
